FOURTH ANNUAL EFPCS CONVENTION
Another GREAT Convention this year!
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
The following individuals were voted into office during the Annual Business Meeting on Friday, June 24, 2011:
President - Carol Rowe
Secretary- Lawrence Martin
Historian- Steve Splittgerber
Representative at Large - Keith Treichel
Nominating Committee - Barbara Gardner and Betty Fry
Friday evening started out with a three hour dinner cruise around Lake Mendota with wonderful sites as well as great company!
On Saturday at the Lake Mills Community Center, the day began with very informative seminars. After our break for lunch, the afternoon was the reveal of the unique pieces for the exclusive sale to the convention attendees. After the sale was completed, the members were given a break to explore Lake Mills. The evening festivities started at 6:00 PM with a preview of our Silent Auction items, dinner, bidding on the auction items and then finally, after much anticipation, the reveal of this year's Commemorative Vase! 2011 COMMEMORATIVE VASE DRAWING
A total of 50 vases were available to members - with the first 25 drawn and distributed during the convention as in the past. New this year, EFP had all the vases finished and available at the convention, so we were able to draw from the 2nd lottery for the remaining 25 at the end of the evening. Those members who were present that had their name drawn, had the opportunity to take their vases with them. Congratulations to all of those members that won!
